Fast Fact: Do Your Best

Always try your best. Your best is relative, and it changes from moment to moment. You wouldn’t expect a person with the flu to run a marathon. If you’re having a terribly panicky and anxious day, your best may be just getting out of bed. Anything is better than nothing, you can’t fail if you’re doing something, no matter how small it seems. Progress will be a few steps some days and leaps on other days.
