Podcast: Stepping Away from Anxious Thoughts and Fears

I am co-host of the Anxiety Coaches Podcast. In our latest episode, we talked about stepping away and accepting when anxious thoughts and emotions feel all-consuming and you are struggling to disengage and tolerate them. The word "accept" is defined: to endure without protest or reaction. This is exactly what we mean when we ask you not to judge your anxious thoughts and feelings but instead to just accept them.
