Full disclosure when it comes to anxiety and panic! If anxiety and/or panic are prevalent in your life, tell those who are important to you, don’t try to hide it. By telling others, it takes away the shame so many of us feel when we’re struggling with mental health issues. It’s scary to be vulnerable, but you may be surprised how much your relationships are strengthened by telling others.
