Fast Fact: Attaching Meaning to Thoughts

Try to be aware of which thoughts you are putting a lot of meaning behind, see if you can treat all your thoughts more equally.  Emotions are feedback from our thoughts, and our thoughts can only cause certain emotions when we really attach meaning and read into them. So, let those old stories of “I’m not good enough” float away. You don’t have to entertain or argue with that thought every time it pops in.
